What information this website collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
Who I am
This website belongs to Meeka Metzger Berman, an executive coach based in Tel Aviv, Israel. You can reach me at meeka.metzger@gmail.com.
What I collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and the message you write.
- Booking an intro call: the details you enter in the Calendly booking form, such as your name, email and phone number.
- Email, phone or WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send me.
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own.
How I use it
Only to reply to you, to schedule and hold our conversations, and, if we work together, to provide coaching. I don't sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
Service providers
A few trusted services help run this website. They may process information outside Israel, including in the United States:
- Netlify: hosts the website and receives contact form messages.
- Calendly: handles intro call bookings.
- Google (Gmail): where form notifications and emails reach me.
The podcast page embeds players from Spotify, YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) and Spreaker, and the contact page embeds the Calendly calendar. These services may set their own cookies or collect usage data when they load or when you use them, under their own privacy policies.
Confidentiality
I treat what you share with me in our conversations as confidential.
How long I keep it
I keep correspondence for as long as it's needed for our communication or coaching relationship, or as required by law. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, and the GDPR if you're in the European Union, you can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email me.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and I rely on established providers to store and deliver information.
Children
This website isn't intended for people under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it here along with the date below.
